The benefits of Shiatsu?

Zen Shiatsu is a gentle and supportive physical therapy that also focuses on re-balancing the energy systems of the body, strengthening the body’s natural ability to balance and repair itself. Shiatsu works with the whole person – not just with the physical body, but also with the psychological, emotional and spiritual aspects of being.
